Terms for using the Vid2Sprite product and exported assets.
Use of the service
You may use Vid2Sprite for lawful creative and production workflows. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any video, artwork, or exported assets you process with the tool.
No warranty
Vid2Sprite is provided as-is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use the exported assets at your own risk and validate them in your own pipeline.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2nd Foundry LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.
